Pan fried fish embe end eggplant
Serve: 1 portion
Ingredients:
- 120 gr fish mahi –mahi fillet
- 1 pc siomay, fried
- 120 gr rice steamed
- 10 gr shallot sliced
- 5 gr garlic sliced
- 15 gr red chili seedless and sliced
- 3 gr eye chili sliced
- 20 gr red tomato cherry
- 2 pcs kaffir leave
- 2 gr cilantro leave
- 1 gr sesame seed
- 3 ml lime juice
- 10 ml cooking oil
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr white pepper powder
Method:
1. Seasoning fish with salt, lime juice and with pepper powder.
2. Heating oil in pan sauté shallot, garlic, chili until aromatic coming out add eggplant and seasoning salt and pepper stir well, cook simmer
3. While waiting for spicy ripe, heating oil in other pan cook the fish mahi – mahi until well done.
4. Mold the rice with cup, fried siomay, pan fried fish and arranges on plate added fish on with spicy.
Garnish cilantro, kaffir leave and ready to serve.
