STICKY RICE DUMPLING IN ICE MOJITO


Tajil:
Sticky  Rice Dumpling in ice mojito  for 7 portion
Preparation :
-          - 21 pcs Klepon , buy in traditional market
- 
- 700 ml Simple syrup mojito  
-         -  210 gr Apple wedges
-          - 1500 ml mineral water 
-          - 5 gr Mint leaf fresh
-          - 7 pcs Coffee latte glass

 Method:
Make Simple syrup mojito: 
-          - 500 gr white sugar
-          - 50 gr cinnamon stick
-          - 10  gr glove
-          - 15 gr Star anise
-          - 50  gr mint leave
-          - 1000 ml mineral water
-          - 1 pc pot
All ingredients boiling  a few minute  and simmer one hour until the simple syrup reduce about 700 ml. Remove and strain keep cold.

Present:
1.       1. Take klepon 3 pcs and apple wedges separate  put in glass until finish,  add the mineral water , ice cube and simple syrup .
2.      2. Sprinkling mint leave crunch on top garnish red cherry and cinnamon stick    
3.       3. Ready to serve
